Your role – and why it matters

As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be the link between customers, technicians, and internal departments. You ensure that our customers receive exactly the spare parts they need – quickly, accurately, and in high quality.

In this role, you will be able to develop professionally and bring your technical skills into play, while also being an important part of the customer experience at PureteQ.

Your primary responsibilities

  • Identify and specify customer needs for spare parts and service
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders
  • Coordinate deliveries across internal teams
  • Ensure that spare parts comply with technical specifications and maritime standards
  • Maintain ERP data and technical documentation

Who are you?

You thrive in a role where technology meets service, and where precision, quality and dialogue are essential. You preferably have experience from the maritime industry – perhaps you already know scrubber technology – but most importantly, you bring strong technical understanding and a structured mindset.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a similar role – preferably with a maritime or technical background
  • Works systematically, with attention to detail and strong documentation skills
  • Has flair for both logistics and customer interaction
  • Is accustomed to working in ERP systems
  • Communicates fluently in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Thrives in a role with many points of contact and a fast pace
